Growing a Beard

Growing a Beard

First of all, you have to choose the type of beard according to your face shape, for example a round face can be harmonised by a goatee or a beard a little long on the chin.

1 - Patience

You deserve a beautiful beard. Depending on your genetics, it can take more or less time. For a beautiful long beard, it can take six months with monthly or once every two months visits at a barbershop to give shape and even the beard out. A shorter beard (less than a month of growth) can be easily maintained with a beard clipper.

2 - The Itching

If you start from scratch, at the beginning of the growth there may be itchy, but no panic, it will calm itself after 1 to 2 weeks. You can still calm that down with our donkey’s milk shampoo soap (donkey’s milk nourishes the skin and protects it from irritation) and with our beard oil that will nourish both the skin and the hair, and help it grow thanks to the benefits of jojoba and avocado vegetable oils.

3 - The Barber

For a beautiful beard, goatee or other, the best thing to do is to go see a barber after the first or second month of growth. He (or she) will give the desired shape with the appropriate material. Avoid doing it yourself, whether with the clippers or with the scissors, so as not to massacre the whole thing and return to the starting point. Leave your beard in the hands of professionals.
